My company- Sthree

The company that I received for ACCT11059 is Sthree, which is a recruiting company that consists of 10 brands that focus on the STEM sector and bringing career opportunities in STEM to everyone. STEM stands for Science, Technology, engineering and Mathematics. Before doing research on my company I had been given I had thoughts running through my head… What is this company and what do they do? Where is this company located? How long has this business existed for? After looking around their website, it was to my surprise that this business has been operating since 2016, but with its earliest business established in 1986, to develop a diverse STEM talent pipeline. They are located in many places including UK and Continental Europe, USA, Asia Pacific and Middle East. Within these places it is located in 24 countries.

This company is made up of many brands including ComputerFutures, Progressive, Huxley, Real, Orgtel, Jp Gray, Newington International, Madison Black, Global Enterprise Partners and Hyden. Each brand had been developed since 1986 onwards and are now international brands that are leading in each of their areas. As I read through my company, it is clear that they make an effort to create a positive and inclusive work environment, through doing this it empowers their employees to best support their customers. They have firms beliefs that their customers come first.

These are my findings so far about my company and I am looking forward to looking a bit deeper into my company and understanding its complete history and how these brands make up Sthree as a company whole. Also getting to look into their financial statements.
